1. Services

GAWOORI provides website design, development, branding, marketing, localization, hosting support, and business support services. Final scope, timeline, deliverables, and payment schedule should be confirmed in a written proposal, invoice, or agreement.

2. Transparent Pricing

Prices shown on this site should reflect mandatory fees included in the advertised service price, except government-imposed taxes, reasonable shipping where applicable, and optional add-ons selected by the customer. We avoid hidden mandatory fees.

3. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal

If a recurring subscription or maintenance plan is offered, renewal terms, billing frequency, price, cancellation method, and any trial conversion terms must be clearly disclosed before purchase. Online subscriptions must provide an online cancellation path that is easy to find and does not require contacting customer support.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate content, approvals, account access, licenses, images, legal notices, and regulated-industry claims for their own business.

5. Accessibility

We aim to build interfaces with semantic markup, keyboard access, meaningful alt text, visible focus states, and contrast aligned with WCAG 2.1 AA. Please contact info@gawoori.com if you experience an accessibility barrier.

6. No Professional Legal, Tax, or Financial Advice
