August Website Promotion Terms
Effective July 30, 2026
These terms form an agreement between Sang Hyun Han, a California sole proprietor doing business as GAWOORI (“GAWOORI”), and the customer purchasing this promotion. The business address is 12393 Heritage Springs Dr., Santa Fe Springs, CA 90670. The contact and cancellation email is info@gawoori.com.
1. Promotion Scope
This promotion applies to static business websites intended to provide information and collect inquiries. It includes one base page, selected sections, responsive layouts, one contact form, domain connection, SSL, basic SEO and AEO structure, sitemap, and robots settings. Ecommerce, memberships, databases, administrative systems, custom APIs, and features not identified in the application are excluded.
2. Charges Due Today
At checkout, the customer pays the first $30 monthly subscription charge plus all one-time charges for additional pages and selected options. Taxes, domain registration, paid media or fonts, third-party service fees, translation, and separately approved custom work are not included unless expressly stated.
3. Automatic Billing and 12-Month Minimum Term
The $30 monthly charge is automatically billed to the payment method on file each month beginning on the original payment date. The minimum purchase obligation is 12 months. If the customer cancels during the minimum term, all monthly charges remaining in that term become immediately due. After the minimum term, the subscription continues month to month until canceled.
4. Cancellation
The customer may request cancellation online at any time by emailing info@gawoori.com with the subject “August Promotion Cancellation Request” and including the account email and company name. GAWOORI will identify any remaining minimum-term balance and the service end date. Hosting and public access to the website end upon termination. Source files are not delivered unless separately purchased.
5. Work Start and Refunds
“Work Start” occurs when GAWOORI sends the customer written email notice that production has begun. A cancellation received before that notice is eligible for a 100% refund of amounts paid. Amounts already paid are non-refundable after the Work Start notice. If GAWOORI rejects the application or determines that it cannot begin the project, GAWOORI will issue a full refund. Any non-waivable rights required by applicable law control.
6. Schedule and Customer Cooperation
Timing depends on the completeness of submitted materials, customer response time, selected functionality, and workload. The customer must timely provide accurate copy, images, logos, prices, contact information, account access, and approvals. Customer delays may extend the schedule.
7. Customer Materials and Compliance
The customer represents that it has the right to use all submitted names, copy, images, video, logos, testimonials, prices, and other materials, and that the materials are accurate and lawful. The customer is responsible for its business claims, regulated-industry statements, and infringement caused by customer-provided materials. GAWOORI does not provide legal, medical, tax, or regulatory advice.
8. Ownership and Source Files
The customer retains rights in original materials supplied by the customer. GAWOORI retains ownership of its code, components, methods, and project source. The monthly subscription provides a license to use the hosted website, not ownership of source files. Transferable project source is provided only if separately selected and fully paid. Third-party software remains subject to its applicable license.
9. Third-Party Services
Google, Stripe, Instagram, and other third-party services may change their pricing, policies, APIs, or functionality outside GAWOORI’s control. Work required because of such changes may require an additional fee disclosed before that work begins.
10. No Performance Guarantee; Limitation of Liability
GAWOORI will perform services using reasonable professional care but does not guarantee search rankings, revenue, customer volume, advertising results, or uninterrupted third-party services. To the extent permitted by law, GAWOORI’s aggregate liability arising from this promotion will not exceed the amount the customer paid under the promotion during the 12 months immediately preceding the claim. This limitation does not apply to willful misconduct, gross negligence, or liability that cannot legally be limited.
11. Privacy and Payments
Application information and uploaded materials are processed for payment, production, customer support, security, accounting, and legal compliance. Stripe processes payment-card data directly; GAWOORI does not receive or store full card numbers. Additional details appear in the GAWOORI Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law and Entire Agreement
These terms are governed by California law except where applicable law requires otherwise. Venue lies in Los Angeles County, California. These terms, the checkout disclosures, the submitted application, and any additional scope accepted by GAWOORI in writing form the agreement for this promotion. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.
