Refund, Cancellation & Subscription Policy

1. Custom Service Work
Because custom design, development, marketing, and localization work begins with planning and labor, payments are generally non-refundable after work has started unless a written agreement says otherwise.
2. Cancellation Before Work Begins
If a project is canceled before work begins, prepaid amounts may be refundable minus payment processing fees, third-party costs, or already purchased assets.
3. Milestones
For milestone projects, approved and delivered milestones are non-refundable. If a project ends early, the customer remains responsible for work completed up to the cancellation date.
4. Hosting, Maintenance, and Recurring Plans
Recurring services renew according to the disclosed billing cycle. Customers who start a subscription online can cancel online from the dashboard or by a cancellation link provided in account/billing flows. Cancellation stops future renewal unless the plan states otherwise.
5. Transparent Pricing
Mandatory service charges should be included in listed prices. Government taxes, reasonable shipping for physical goods, and optional add-ons may be shown separately where applicable.
