Refund Policy

1. Service Refunds

At Gawoori, we strive to ensure our clients are satisfied with our services. However, due to the nature of digital services and custom development work, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced.

2. Cancellation Before Work Begins

If you wish to cancel your project before any work has started, you may be eligible for a full refund of any deposits paid, minus any transaction fees incurred. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.

3. Project Milestones

For larger projects, payments are often tied to specific milestones. Once a milestone has been approved and paid for, that portion is non-refundable. If you choose to terminate the project mid-way, you will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to that point.

4. Hosting and Maintenance

Hosting and maintenance fees are non-refundable. You may cancel these services at any time to prevent future billing, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.
